Provisioning a phone via a provisioning code doesn't work in a NAT environment
Given I have many phones behind a NAT
Given these phones are not provisioned
When I enter the provisiong code on one of the phone
Then another phone might get provisioned and resynced instead of the phone where I entered the code
Same problem happens in the scenario where the phones are configured and I dial the "reset to autoprov" extension.
Problem is, the only information that the AGI sends to the web-interface web service is the provisioning code and the IP address, which is not unique in a NAT environment.
That said, doing these operations only via the web interface works fine since 14.12 (see #4974).
