unable to use transfer feature codes
The *1 or *2 don't work.
When you try to transfer a call with the asterisk feature codes *1 or *2, you get the dialtone, but as soon as you enter the first digit, it fails.
It's looking for the extension in the wrong context

I think the global variable TRANSFER_CONTEXT should be set.
