Hi,

you should definitely start by getting you trunk working before trying to get a queue and an IVR configured.

You can start by looking at the asterisk cli.

Do you see registration errors?
If you do a `sip show peers` do you see your sip trunk? Is it registered?
Whats the output when you try to do an outgoing call?
Try to configure an incoming call to route incoming calls to one of you users, this is probably the most simple setup, the check if incoming calls are working.

Yes i see strange authentication error

call from my mobile phone (05548842814) to sip-trunk DID (02164289826)
asterisk -r

Incoming calls > Add

Always i get error

Number outside of context's interval

RE: any easy way to setup basic siptrunk+queue+ivr+extention? - Added by Sylvain Boily 13 days ago

You need to check your incall interval on your context configuration.

RE: any easy way to setup basic siptrunk+queue+ivr+extention? - Added by Dahili Network 13 days ago

Yes i found that place,
IPBX configuration >> Contexts >> default
but the thing is i realy dont know what will be the ranges there
Users range = ? to ? i made 0010 - 9999
Groups range = ? to ?
Queues range = ? to ?
Conference rooms = ? to ?
Incoming calls = ? to ? DID lenth ?

any examples some where?

thank you for kindly help

RE: any easy way to setup basic siptrunk+queue+ivr+extention? - Added by Sylvain Boily 13 days ago

Example for DID:

Your ITSP send to you 0123456789, just put 0123456789 and 10 for the length. Length it's because in some country (example France) some telecom provider send only 4 digits but the format number is 10. Because we want to know easily the number the pbx own, we added this range with the length you receive. Example: 0102030405 with 4 digits received. Hope you understand.

IPBX configuration >> Contexts >> default
i entered from 0123456789 to 0123456789
only from side stored
still not success
but also i found each Contexts has Incoming calls
sutch as, default, from-extern, __switchboard_directory, to-extern
i entered one by one same to all
still unsuccess
i am now fedup with it
this is like a crossword, riddle i love to find out :)

is it possible to get some where restore file from a working systems backup
sip-trunk-did + queue + ivr + local-sip-extention
restore it than vala runs perfect?

RE: any easy way to setup basic siptrunk+queue+ivr+extention? - Added by Sylvain Boily 12 days ago

But 0123456789 is an example... It's a fake DID. Enter your DID. You only need to configure this for an incall context type not the others.

Ohh
yes i entered my DID number 02164289826
than i successfuly defined IPBX >> Call management >> Incoming calls rule target is queue1 (number 9250)
i dial localy to 9250 then i hear default On-Hold music

but if i dial my DID from outside still chan_sip.c:26399 handle_request_invite: Failed to authenticate device "05548842814" <sip:>

Looks like your trunk configuration : Failed to authenticate device

RE: any easy way to setup basic siptrunk+queue+ivr+extention? - Added by Dahili Network 12 days ago

I just find
Services >> IPBX >> General settings>> SIP Protocol properties>> Accept unauthenticated calls:
check box was empty
i changed that to checked
Now solved i receive calls from outside :)

Now just IVR section is missing in my mind

Where is the IVR section?

RE: any easy way to setup basic siptrunk+queue+ivr+extention? - Added by Pascal Cadotte-Michaud 7 days ago

With Wazo 17.08 you can install the IVR plugin from the new admin UI.

To get to the new UI go to <wazo hostname>/admin
In the plugins menu install IVR
Then an IVR menu will appear on the left.
