Hi,

You could give it a try, but note that:

  • the directory where sound files are found on Wazo is under the /usr/share/asterisk/sounds directory
    • there's Debian packages for sounds in language supported by Wazo (xivo-sounds-de-de, xivo-sounds-en-us, xivo-sounds-fr-ca, xivo-sounds-fr-fr, xivo-sounds-nl-nl)
  • you probably won't have access to any of the Wazo-specific sounds, i.e. you'll probably be missing a significant amount of sounds in Italian

If you want to generate the missing prompt files, you can try this procedure: http://documentation.wazo.community/en/latest/contributors/generate_custom_prompts.html

thank you very much I tried to follow this guide, but I do not understand how I should run this command and where should I put the language and country

Then run the tool, and generate the sound files (set LANGUAGE and COUNTRY to your own language):
