Can't make international Calls

Added by Vic C 5 months ago

I've been ejoying Wazo for a while but for the life of me have never been able to make an international call.
My dialplan looks like the photo attached.
I get the error

[Jun 28 15:20:29] NOTICE[2714][C-00000032]: chan_sip.c:26513 handle_request_invite: Call from 'sb4z4cvk' (192.168.1.101:5060) to extension '01161291011948' rejected because extension not found in context 'default'.` when I try out a test number by dialing out 011 first.

When I try the same number by dialing + first instead of 011, I get

Would you guys have any idea why this is happening?

Hi Vic,

in your screenshot the 4th extension matches "011" without any other digits.

You should modify the pattern to "011." to match anything starting with "011"

Thank you for the response Pascal.
I tried adding the line with 011 just yesterday to see if it changed anything. It wasn't working before I added this line either.
How would I modify the 011 line to make it work?

Hi,

you have to change "011" to "011."

The . is a pattern to match any extension of any length.
