Added by Ashley John 9 months ago

Hey guys,
ive recenlty installed Wazo over FPBX for many reasons, however my SIP provider send the caller id in +44 format, and in FPBX i changed the rules using the below, however in Wazo this has no effect, please help!!!!

[from-UKDDI-44]
exten => _X!,1,Set(CALLERID=0${CALLERID:3:12})
exten => _X!,n,Goto(from-trunk,${EXTEN},1)

context=from-UKDDI-44

--------------------------------------------------------
Ive also tried

nano /etc/xivo/asterisk/xivo_in_callerid.conf

[UK]
comment = national or mobile number, beginning with special digit "+" and at least 6 digits
callerid = ^\+(?!33)\d{6,}$
strip = 3
add = 0

I think the rule you need in xivo_in_callerid.conf would look like this

[UK]
comment = UK numbers starting with +44
callerid = ^\+44\d{9}$
strip = 3
add = 0

This rule would match the following number "+44XXXXXXXXX" and transform it to "0XXXXXXXXX"

You can use the following web site to test the callerid regex and see if it matches the number sent by your provider https://regex101.com/
strip = 3 will remove the "+44" at the beginning of the number
add = 0 will add a "0" at the beginning of the number

    (1-1/1)
