Calling extensions no longer works ... changed version?

Added by Steve Smith about 1 month ago

Hi,
I have installed Wazo quite a few times and never had this problem. I installed yesterday and again today, and when dialing local extensions I get a "can't find xxxx in context 'internal'. This makes absolutely no sense because of course all extensions are in internal. Plus after many tests this has never happened. Has something changed in the code? This makes no sense. All extensions are in internal.
Regards,
Steve

Hi,
As has happened a few times, installation now fails:
TASK [uc-engine : Setup engine] **************************************************************************************************
fatal: [localhost]: FAILED! => {"access_control_allow_origin": "*", "changed": false, "connection": "close", "content": "{\"message\": \"Internal Server Error\"}\n", "content_length": "37", "content_type": "application/json", "date": "Sat, 09 Nov 2019 13:58:33 GMT", "json": {"message": "Internal Server Error"}, "msg": "Status code was 500 and not [201]: HTTP Error 500: INTERNAL SERVER ERROR", "redirected": false, "server": "nginx/1.14.2", "status": 500, "url": "https://localhost:443/api/setupd/1.0/setup"}

I don't know why the mark keeps moving it seems. I have two working installs without context issues. I'm just curious what is going on. On the front page questions and discussion are encouraged for this ambitious project, yet it feels like a graveyard in here. I don't know what the deal is. I'd like to get things working, yet no one seems interested, or maybe there is some other place people converse. Oh well, it's too bad.

Please note, we are currently working to switch to a new forum : http://wazo-platform.discourse.group.

If you want to talk with us, you have the mattermost channel and ask your question. For your issue you have a 500 error, so we need to have log from the service setupd. The log is in /var/log/wazo-setup.log.

Thank you
Sylvain
